Per 5 mL Guaifenesin 50 mg, salbutamol sulfate 1 mg

Indications/Uses

Productive cough as in bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia & other acute resp tract infections.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 10-30 mL. Childn 6-12 yr 10 mL; <6 yr 5-10 mL. To be taken bid-tid.

Administration

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before or 2 hr after meals.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Special Precautions

Thyrotoxicosis, nonselective β-blockers & dental caries. Pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions

Headache, urticaria, hypotension, feeling of tension, hand tremor, peripheral vasodilation, transient muscle cramps.
